A practical path for wooded tracts, open land and rural parcels.

Sell the acreage.
Keep your options open.

Land that once fit your plans can become a tax bill, an upkeep task or an investment you are ready to leave behind. We review acreage within about 50 miles of Louisville on both sides of the Ohio River, including rural and wooded properties.

Acreage is more than an acre count

Two tracts of the same size can have very different values. Public road frontage, legal access, terrain, available utilities, flood exposure, zoning and restrictions can all affect use and demand. A usable homesite and a steep wooded parcel should not be valued by applying the same price per acre.

Tell us how the property is used today

Let us know about farming, hunting arrangements, leases, timber activity, existing structures or access shared with others. These details help identify what a sale would include and what needs further review. Do not assume a lease or other right disappears when ownership changes.

No clearing required to begin

Share the parcel number, approximate acreage, location and any survey you already have. Photos of frontage, entrances and terrain are useful if available. You do not need to order new work or clear trees just to ask about our interest. We can identify unanswered questions after locating the property.

Review an offer with the full picture

Our evaluation considers comparable sales and the costs and limitations associated with the tract. If the property is a fit, the proposed terms explain what is included, any review conditions and the planned closing. You choose whether the offer works for your goals.
